1. Certified Biocompatible & Skin-Tone Optimized for Clinical Accuracy
Engineered with a certified Biocompatible (Class I) formulation, this resin is specifically designed for safe and accurate dental applications. The standard skin tone and beige colors provide optimal contrast, making it easier to spot details, check margins, and photograph models with the clarity required for crowns, bridges, and study models.
2. Exceptional Hardness & Wear Resistance for Long-Lasting, Durable Models
Say goodbye to fragile models that chip during handling or plaster pouring. This resin creates exceptionally hard and wear-resistant dental models that can withstand the rigors of a busy lab. They maintain their dimensional stability over time, ensuring your crowns, dentures, and surgical guides are based on a perfectly stable foundation.
3. High-Precision Formulation for Flawless Marginal Fit & Intricate Detail
Capture every micron of detail with astonishing accuracy. Our low-shrinkage formula is optimized to reproduce sharp margins, fine textures, and intricate anatomical features with perfection. This guarantees a perfect fit for dental prosthetics and highly accurate surgical guides, directly improving clinical outcomes and reducing adjustment time.
4. Easy Model Release & Smooth Surface Finish Straight from the Build Plate
Experience a hassle-free post-processing workflow. The resin is formulated for easy peeling and release from the build plate, minimizing the risk of model breakage. It also cures to a smooth, plaster-resistant surface finish that reduces the need for extensive sanding or polishing, saving you valuable time and effort.
5. Broad Printer Compatibility & Reliable Performance for Any Lab Setup
Achieve consistent, high-quality results regardless of your equipment. This resin is rigorously tested and optimized for reliable performance across a wide range of popular LCD and DLP 3D printers. This versatility makes it the ideal, trustworthy choice for both dental laboratories and in-practice printing, ensuring dependable results every time.

Post-printing curing process
After printing is complete, use a scraper (either a metal scraper or a material scraper) to remove the printed object from the platform.
1. First, soak the object to be printed in anhydrous ethanol solvent, old PA (isopropanol), or lactate.
2. The second step is to remove the printed object and rinse it with clean water. Then, expose it to direct sunlight, or simulate sunlight exposure for one hour, before removing it. Following these steps will yield better printing results. The specific time should be set according to your actual needs.
3. If conditions permit, irradiation with a high-temperature mercury lamp (1KW) will yield better results. Immerse the printed object in water, ensuring the water level is submerged. Irradiate for 2 minutes.
Instructions for using resin
1. Environmental requirements: Ambient temperature of 20-30℃. Do not place it near a window or other environment exposed to ultraviolet light. Also, keep it away from children and pregnant women as much as possible.
2. Shake the resin for one to two minutes before use to prevent the components from settling.
3. It is recommended to wear nitrile gloves and a protective mask when using this product, and to keep the room well-ventilated. Use with caution if you are allergic to acrylics.
4. Residual liquid on the surface of the printed resin parts can be cleaned with alcohol of 95% concentration or higher. It is recommended that the cleaning process not exceed 1 minute, as excessive cleaning time will lead to a deterioration in the structural performance of the resin parts.
5. For areas such as pores that are difficult to clean with alcohol, use ultrasonic cleaning or a syringe filled with alcohol for additional cleaning. Do not clean with alcohol too many times to ensure alcohol purity; using impure alcohol will cause whitening and incomplete cleaning. The cleaning time should be until the resin part is no longer sticky and no resin residue remains in the pores.
6. After cleaning, drain or blow dry any remaining alcohol, and place the model under ultraviolet light or sunlight, ensuring that all parts are evenly exposed until the resin surface feels dry and hard enough when scratched with a fingernail. Resin residue on the skin can be washed off with hand soap or dish soap. Try to avoid touching the resin residue washed off with alcohol with your hands.
8. If resin accidentally gets into your eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If you experience any discomfort, consult a doctor immediately.
9. Skin contact with this product may cause irritation or allergic reactions. Ingestion of this product may cause severe discomfort. Prolonged exposure to this product may cause breathing difficulties. Ingestion of this product may cause breathing difficulties or allergic reactions. Keep this product out of reach of children.
Resin storage instructions
1. Store in a light-proof, sealed container at room temperature.
2. The remaining resin in the tank should not be exposed to air for a long time. If it will not be used for more than a week, it is recommended to store it separately.
3. Do not pour used resin back into unused new resin. Instead, store it in a clean container, seal it with plastic wrap, and keep it away from ultraviolet light.
4. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
